By purchasing or using a ticket for an event at the Fox Theatre, the ticket purchaser and all ticket holders agree to the following terms. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and seat indicated and may not be duplicated, altered, or reproduced. All ticket sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Fox Theatre or the event promoter. Programs, artists, dates, and times are subject to change. Late seating is at the discretion of theatre management and may occur only at appropriate breaks in the performance. Photography, audio recording, or video recording of performances is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Tickets are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale. The Fox Theatre reserves the right to cancel and refund any tickets that appear to have been purchased for resale, broker activity, use of automated purchasing tools, or other unauthorized commercial purposes. The Fox Theatre also reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any patron whose behavior is disruptive or violates venue policies. By attending an event, patrons assume the inherent risks associated with public gatherings and consent to the use of their likeness in photographs or recordings taken for promotional purposes. Venue policies regarding prohibited items, safety procedures, and other operational matters must be followed at all times.
Accessibility:
The Fox Theatre is committed to ensuring that all patrons, including those with disabilities, have a pleasant and accommodating experience. Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no elevator access to the mezzanine or balcony levels. However, accessible seating is available on the orchestra level at varying ticket prices.
Each guest requiring accessible seating may purchase up to three adjacent seats for companions, subject to availability. To secure accessible seating, please request it at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating can be purchased online at www.hutchinsonfox.com, by phone at (620) 663-1981, or in person at the Fox Box Office.
Patrons with mobility restrictions, such as difficulty navigating stairs, are advised to purchase tickets for the orchestra level. If a guest using a wheelchair wishes to transfer to fixed seats, their wheelchair will be securely stored in the outer lobby to comply with fire safety regulations. Ushers will assist in the return of the wheelchair at the end of the performance. However, transferring to fixed seats is discouraged unless absolutely necessary, as it may impede emergency evacuation.
If your needs change after purchasing tickets or if you find your seats unsatisfactory upon arrival, please notify an usher. Depending on availability, the Box Office may be able to accommodate a change in seating arrangements.
