BOX OFFICE POLICIES

1.  All tickets purchased over the phone must be paid for with a credit or debit card.  The Fox accepts Discover, Master Card or Visa.  Cash, check, credit or debit card is accepted for tickets purchased at the theatre.

2.  All sales are final. NO refunds or exchanges.

3.  The Fox Theatre reserves the right to determine admission of customers.  Please use discretion regarding a child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.

4.  All persons, regardless of age, MUST have a ticket.  This includes infants and toddlers.

5.  Please advise the Box Office at time of ticket purchase of any special needs (no stairs, handicap seating, assisted listening devices, etc.).

6.  Call the Box Office to report lost or stolen tickets.  Reprinted tickets will override the original ones.  ID may be required to reclaim reprinted tickets.

7.  Patrons wishing to be seated together must order at the same time.

8.  If you are unable to use your Fox ticket, you may call or drop your ticket off at the theatre 24 hours before the event and receive credit for a tax-deductible contribution to the Fox in the amount of the ticket price.

9.  The Fox cannot HOLD seats.  They must be paid for at time of purchase.

10.  There is a $2.00 fee on tickets mailed.  To avoid the mailing fee, tickets may be picked up at the Will-Call window on night-of-show.

11.  Tickets will not be mailed ten days or less from the date of the event.  They will be held in Will-Call.

12.  Film tickets are sold at the Box Office 30 minutes prior to show time.
