We want your ticket buying experience to be as pleasant, smooth and quick as possible.  Our Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM with extra hours day of show.  For added convenience, orders may be placed by phone with a credit card using our toll-free number 1-877-369-7469 or 620-663-1981.

Ticket Categories

Our seating is divided into 3 categories for pricing:

A - Includes rows A - T on the Main floor and rows A - D in the Balcony

B - Includes rows U - Z on the Main floor and rows E - H in the Balcony

C - Includes rows AA - EE on the Main floor and rows J - M in the Balcony

These areas are illustrated with shading and labels in the diagrams above.

Special Services

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
To enhance your hearing pleasure at a Fox event or movie, request an assisted listening device from any usher or call ahead and reserve one. There is no charge, we simply ask that you return it to the Box Office at the end of the event.

CONCESSIONS
Stop by the concessions stand at a Fox movie or event and select a treat. Popcorn, candy, water, pop, or coffee is served for added enjoyment to your Fox experience.

EMAIL REMINDERS
The Fox will be happy to remind you by email of upcoming events or movies. Your email address is not shared with anyone. Give the Box Office your email information and we will be in touch.

FILM PASSES
Enjoy Fox films with even greater savings by purchasing a Fox Film Pass. But one pass for $40.00, get one free. A Fox Film Pass is good for one ten-week film series. A call to the Box Office is all it takes.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
What better way to remember that special someone than with a Fox Gift Certificate. They can be used for both Fox films and events. Call the Box Office for a fast, easy way to shop. Gift Certificates are good for one season and come in $5.00 increments. Minimal gift-wrapping required.

TICKET DONATION
Are you unable to make a Fox event or to find anyone who can use your ticket? Let the Box Office know 24 hours before the performance and you can receive a tax-deductible contribution for the amount of the ticket price if you donate it back to the theatre.

WHEELCHAIR
Wheelchair seating and accessibility is available on the theatre's main floor. Please request wheelchair seating when ordering tickets. Limited companion seating is also available.

WILL CALL
Pick up your tickets the night of the show at the Fox Will Call window. We will be happy to hold tickets for you. Avoid waiting in line and the possibility of misplacing them. Please let us know at the time of the purchase.

BUILDING PRESERVATION FUND
The Fox Theatre is dedicated to the maintenance and preservation of this beautiful facility. The maintenance list of things needing to be fixed is growing. The Building Preservation Fund has been established to defray these costs. Please help with your contribution to this important fund. The wooden box in the lobby waits for your tax-deductible donation or you may mail it directly to the Fox.

RENTALS
For a memorable special event, wedding, party, corporate meeting, private movie showing, reunion, church activity, or club activity, have you considered renting the Fox? It is a beautiful site with affordable rates and professional staff to assist you. Call the Fox to schedule that important date.

Ticket Office Policies

1. All tickets purchased over the phone must be paid with a credit or debit card. The Fox accepts Discover, Master Card or Visa. Cash, check, credit or debit card may pay for tickets purchased at the theatre.
2. All sales are final. NO refunds or exchanges.
3. The Fox Theatre reserves the right to determine admission of customers. Please use discretion regarding a child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. The Fox Family Series is recommended for ages 3 and older.
4. Please advise the Box Office at time of ticket purchase of any special needs (no stairs, handicap seating, assisted listening devices, etc.).
5. Call the Box Office to report lost or stolen tickets. Reprinted tickets will override the original ones. ID is required to reclaim reprinted tickets.
6. Patrons wishing to be seated together must order at the same time.
7. Programs, dates, times and artists are subject to change without notice.
8. No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed at Fox events. All cell phones, beepers, pagers or other electronic equipment must be turned off or silenced.
9. If you are unable to use your Fox ticket, call or drop your ticket off at the theatre 24 hours before the event. You can receive credit for a taxdeductible contribution to the Fox in the amount of the ticket price.
10. All persons, regardless of age MUST have a ticket.
11. The Fox is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
12. There is a $2.00 fee on tickets mailed. To avoid the mailing fee, tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window night of show.
