Fiddler on the Roof

You belong in Anatevka! Stage 9 and the Hutchinson Symphony join forces to create an unforgettable production of Fiddler on the Roof in the magnificent Fox Theatre. This ground-breaking musical tells the story of Tevye, his wife Golde and their five daughters as they navigate the perils of anti-Semitic, early 20th century Czarist Russia. Beloved by generations of musical theatre goers, this remarkable production featuring such classic songs as If I Were a Rich Man and Miracle of Miracles will delight audiences and remind us of the value of community with a powerful production by two of Hutchinson’s cultural icons.

LUNAFEST, hosted by Soroptimist International of Hutchinson, is a traveling film festival of award-winning short films by, for, and about women. This season the program consists of nine films filled with stories of reflection, hope and humor, and will travel to over 175 cities and screen in front of 25,000 people. Each year, various organizations bring LUNAFEST to their communities and raise funds for their local non-profits.
